END DUMPER S5 EVO

The S5 EVO is EMILCAMION’s spearhead product, whose standard version comes complete with hydraulic tailgate opening. The DUAL-CONTROL hydraulic system activates the pivoting or full gullwing opening of the tailgate, allowing the operator full freedom when deciding dump-body raising, even when the dump body is in a raised position. Electrical sensors ensure that body lifting takes place only when the tailgate is outside of the closure hinges. Where the electric SPINNAKER load cover is included, interference with tailgate opening is prevented by activating power take-off to fold the tarp automatically.

MCTC SERVICE TRIAL AND CERTIFICATIONS
The vehicle is provided with product origin documentation and a type-test certificate for its registration. EC certification documentation is also provided.

OPENING TAILGATE GULLWING WITH DUAL-CONTROL SYSTEM (S5 EVO-P6 EVO)
The DUAL-CONTROL system allows the operator’s discretion, the hydraulic opening the tailgate or just tilting or with gullwing hydraulic lifting. The system is standard in the S5EVO and P6EVO product

ORIGINAL UNDER-RUN PROTECTION BAR
Unless a different request is made, the OEM under-run protection bar will be retained as standard.

PAINTED STEEL SIDEGUARDS
S5 EVO fits standard steel sideguards painted the same colour as the body. The sideguards are removable and easy to replace. At extra cost, stainless steel sideguards can be fitted.

SANDING
Before painting, the body is given full sanding treatment.
